However, please note, if you receive the message "one or more items cannot be shipped to your location" or "your order details are incomplete or invalid", please send an email to info@eslenglish.ca with your order details and your order will be processed immediately.

Please also note that all e-lesson and bookband orders paid by credit card on our secure server can be ordered from any country and processed immediately via the order form.
